Stephen James Consulting is working with one of its established elderly care providers in the search for a Home Manager based in Romsey. This is a medium-sized residential and dementia care home requiring a strong leader to provide structure, stability, and operational direction. The role is open to both RGN and Non‑RGN candidates, with previous Home Manager experience preferred, although strong Deputy Managers ready to step up will also be considered.
This role carries full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance.
