About Us

We are currently looking for a Resident Liaison Officer based in the St Austell area.

Day to Day:

  • Working closely with the site team to support the delivery of refurbishment and maintenance works within occupied properties across the St Austell area.
  • The successful candidate will act as the key point of contact for residents, ensuring they are fully informed throughout the works process.
  • Duties will include communicating programme updates, arranging access appointments, handling resident queries and concerns, and maintaining positive relationships between tenants, contractors and site teams.

This is a part-time position offering between hours per week, with hybrid working and flexible working hours available.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  • Previous experience within a Resident Liaison Officer, Tenant Liaison Officer or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with residents, site teams and clients.
  • Experience working within housing, maintenance, construction or refurbishment environments is desirable.
  • Highly organised with strong administrative skills.
  • Confident handling resident queries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
