Our client, a leading Tier 1 contractor, is seeking an experienced Repairs Administrator to join their established team based in Enfield. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-respected business delivering responsive repairs and maintenance services within the social housing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming repair requests from tenants and clients
  • Scheduling and coordinating operatives diaries
  • Raising and processing work orders
  • Liaising with residents, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Updating systems accurately and maintaining records
  • Ensuring repairs are completed within agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally

Requirements
