Responsibilities

- Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with adolescents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide counselling, guidance, and crisis intervention to adolescents experiencing emotional, social, or legal challenges.
- Advocate for adolescents' rights and access to education, healthcare, and social services.
- Facilitate communication between adolescents, families, schools, and community resources to ensure coordinated support.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Participate in training and professional development to stay informed about best practices and emerging issues related to adolescent social work.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW) or a related field.
- Valid social work licensure or certification as required by local regulations.
- Experience working with adolescents in social work, particularly in unauthorised or high-risk contexts, preferred.
- Strong understanding of adolescent development, mental health, and social challenges.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills.
