As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for residents and patients in the Whitchurch area.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care and support to patients in line with NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) standards.
- Administer medications, manage wound care, and monitor vital signs.
