We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Handyperson to support a busy Voids Internal Refurbishment team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in manual labour, property maintenance, and driving duties within social housing or refurbishment environments.

Key responsibilities will include carrying out general handyman tasks, assisting with internal refurbishments of void properties, basic repairs, removals, material deliveries, and providing driver cover when required. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team to ensure properties are prepared to a high standard and ready for occupancy.

Duties Include:

  • General maintenance and handyman duties
  • Assisting with void property refurbishments
  • Basic plumbing, painting, patch repairs, and labouring tasks
  • Delivering materials and equipment between sites
  • Driving company vehicles as required
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a handyman, labouring, or refurbishment role
  • Full UK driving licence essential
