Our manufacturing client looks for a Project Accountant with expertise in SAP ByDesign. The role requires a confident accountant capable of managing the nominal ledger, including chart of accounts maintenance, journal entries, and month‑end processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the nominal ledger, chart of accounts, journals, and month‑end activities.
- Process purchase invoices, purchase orders, and GRN routines (both PO and non‑PO related).
- Handle banking activities, including bank reconciliations and supplier payments.
- Process sales orders through to sales invoicing with revenue recognition.
- Prepare VAT returns and other statutory reports, including VIES, RTD, and Intrastat.
- Produce strong reporting such as P&L and management accounts.
- Provide support for additional finance functions as needed.
- Guide and advise on other areas of the finance function using SAP ByDesign.
Qualifications
- Hands‑on accountant with extensive experience in SAP ByDesign.
- Excellent communication skills to assist users.
