Candidates must have:
- Full understanding of all aspects and responsibilities of a Traffic Marshall.
- Experience in directing vehicles and guiding cranes of various types using various methods i.e., hand and radio signals.
- A reasonable level of work experience recorded.
- Good understanding of the English language.

- CPCS Blue Plant or NPORS
- CSCS Logo
- CSCS Card Green (Min)
- Vehicle/Traffic Marshal ticket.
