ARC Group Ipswich are looking for a driven, organised and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Ipswich office. You do not need previous recruitment experience; full training will be provided. What matters most is attitude, urgency, resilience, and someone who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen. This is a fast‑paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be heavily involved in sourcing candidates, filling bookings, supporting clients, handling compliance and payroll, and managing the day‑to‑day needs of HGV drivers and other temporary workers. If you’re someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys problem‑solving, and can think on your feet, we want to hear from you.

What the role involves:

  • Resourcing and interviewing new candidates
  • Filling bookings across multiple areas
  • Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
  • Daily communication with HGV drivers and temporary workers
  • Managing payroll and compliance processes
  • Handling last‑minute issues and finding solutions quickly
  • Participating in an on‑call rota
