Position: Senior Consultant – Construction and Residential Recruitment (West Byfleet, KT14). Permanent role.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit a range of construction and residential professionals, including Site Managers, Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Bid Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Technical Design Managers and other management staff.
  • Source and head-hunt candidates from national contractors, developers and regional contractors and developers.
  • Develop and grow your own recruitment section, with the opportunity to manage a small team.
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategy, performance improvement and bill-growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting management staff in construction or residential recruitment.
  • Good working knowledge of the construction and residential sectors.
  • Ability and desire to head-hunt prospective candidates; limited headhunting experience is acceptable with training provided.
  • Entrepreneurial flair, strong motivation, and a passion for recruitment.
