We are now looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant / Sales Consultant to join our Thamesmead branch, supporting ambitious growth plans across temporary and permanent recruitment.

Salary & Benefits

  • £24,785 - £30,000 basic salary depending on experience
  • Uncapped bonus and commission scheme
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

The Role

  • Identify and win new business opportunities

About You

  • Experienced in sales, business development, account management, or recruitment
  • Confident building relationships and winning business
  • Target-driven and motivated by success
  • A strong communicator with excellent people skills
  • Organised and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • In possession of a full UK driving licence
