Job Role and Duties
- Provide administration support to recruitment teams.
- Update and maintain the recruitment database.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and practices.
- Ensure all compliance, vetting and registration processes are completed.
- Confirm all quality areas of the recruitment process.
- Support recruitment teams with advertising vacancies.
- Conduct customer service calls to candidates.
- Support social media activities.
- Assist with development of the company website, news stories and SEO updates.
- Analyse website data.
- Provide marketing data and insights to business development teams.
- Continuously update the CRM system.
- Conduct candidate searches.
- Liaise with external marketing agency on branding updates and new projects.
