Job Role and Duties

  • Provide administration support to recruitment teams.
  • Update and maintain the recruitment database.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and practices.
  • Ensure all compliance, vetting and registration processes are completed.
  • Confirm all quality areas of the recruitment process.
  • Support recruitment teams with advertising vacancies.
  • Conduct customer service calls to candidates.
  • Support social media activities.
  • Assist with development of the company website, news stories and SEO updates.
  • Analyse website data.
  • Provide marketing data and insights to business development teams.
  • Continuously update the CRM system.
  • Conduct candidate searches.
  • Liaise with external marketing agency on branding updates and new projects.
