Belmont Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Recovery Co-ordinators to join an NHS Trust in Bolton, Salford and Trafford on a contract basis. As a mixed case load Recovery Coordinator, you'll connect with homeless individuals in their communities, offering advice, information, advocacy, and tailored support based on their needs. Building trust is key to ensuring they engage with services, all while keeping confidentiality and safeguarding in mind.

The successful candidate will also manage a small caseload of substance users, helping them understand their options and stay informed about available services. You'll also support them in creating realistic recovery plans, ensuring they have access to the right health, housing, and social support within their community.

  • Shift pattern: 37.5 hrs (Mon - Fri)
  • Hourly Rate: 18 - 20
  • Contract: 6 months
