Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
