Pay Rate: £14.19 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 8 Weeks - possible extension

Shift Pattern: 7:00am - 3:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:00pm shifts, 5 days out of 7, Weekend work included.

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and customer-focused Reception Assistant to join a busy residential/site team in Edinburgh. This is a varied role suited to someone who is confident dealing with people, flexible with shift work, and comfortable responding to on-site issues when required.

Main Duties:

  • General reception desk duties
  • Welcoming visitors and contractors to site
  • Maintaining sign in/sign out logs
  • Resolving door lock issues when required (full training provided)
  • Responding to fire alarms if required (full training provided)
  • Conducting Means of Escape walks to ensure fire exits remain clear
  • Ad hoc cleaning and tidying duties around the property
