An experienced Reception 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team from September 2026. This is a full-time role working 32.5 hours per week, term time only, and offers a daily rate of 95-105 PAYE depending on experience.

The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support within a Reception class, helping a child to access learning, develop confidence and make excellent progress throughout the academic year. The school is looking for a nurturing and proactive Teaching Assistant who has a genuine passion for supporting children in the Early Years.

To be considered for this position, candidates must have at least one year's experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a primary school setting. Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum is essential, alongside experience delivering phonics support and assisting children with early communication and language development.
