We are currently seeking a Workshop Operative for our client based in Reading. This is a temporary ongoing position with an immediate start, offering a fantastic chance to develop your skills and grow within the company.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 am – 16:00 pm
- Pay Rate: £12.71ph + holiday allowance, £19.06/h weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, prepare, and build wooden products to the highest standards.
- Operate various machines and tools to cut, prepare, and assemble components.
- Ensure work meets quality standards, identify potential issues, and propose solutions.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by cleaning work areas, machines, and equipment.
- Report equipment or facility issues promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
Skills and Experience Required
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic DIY skills.
- Experience with woodwork is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
