Provide support for Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) functions by delivering practical solutions and enabling operational teams to effectively implement the SHE management system. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while offering an independent and objective assessment of SHE performance.
Key responsibilities
- Support and influence leadership teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with SHE requirements and performance standards.
- Deliver training and guidance to support successful implementation of the SHE management system.
- Coach and support operational teams and supply chain partners in meeting SHE obligations.
- Contribute to the assessment and ongoing performance monitoring of supply chain partners.
- Support delivery of annual SHE objectives and improvement plans.
- Participate in assurance activities to ensure compliance with internal and statutory requirements.
- Assist in the investigation of incidents and ensure findings are addressed, including identifying root causes and sharing lessons learned.
- Support reporting, analysis, and use of SHE data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Essential: Minimum 3 years' experience in a SHE-related role.
Desirable: 5+ years' experience in a relevant industry.
Qualification: NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent).
