The Role

Reporting to the Head of Technical, you will take ownership of food safety, quality, and compliance. From raw material approval through to finished product release, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products consistently meet legal, customer, and internal standards. This is a highly visible role where you will work closely with Procurement, Production, NPD, and suppliers to drive quality performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all food safety and quality assurance activities across the organization.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the QMS and HACCP plans.
  • Ensure the site remains audit‑ready at all times.
  • Oversee raw material and finished product inspections, ensuring accurate reporting and trending analysis.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to uphold compliance and product excellence.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Quality professional who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and has a strong understanding of food safety and quality systems.

  • Previous experience in a Quality Management role within food manufacturing or a related sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, and retailer/customer standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to influence and lead teams.
  • Passion for quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
