Your new company: You’ll be joining a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering one of the most exciting £60m+ projects in the City of London. The organisation is known for its strong pre-construction capability and successful track record on complex, high-value schemes.

Your new role: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role during the project’s two-stage pre-construction phase, working under a PCSA. Your responsibilities will focus on:

  • Procuring multiple work packages (currently underway)
  • Managing pre-construction and prelim packages
  • Buying permanent works packages
  • Supporting commercial strategy and ensuring smooth progression into Stage 2

This is a contract role requiring someone confident to work autonomously within a high-performing commercial team.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Strong PCSA experience
  • Proven background in two-stage procurement
  • Hands-on experience with prelim packages and permanent works package buying
  • A solid track record operating within Tier 1 or major contractor environments
  • The ability to manage procurement efficiently and drive pre-construction commercial outputs
