The Role
You will be working across a range of façade projects, providing commercial support from an office‑based position while working closely with project teams and reporting into a Commercial Manager. The role will see you involved in the full commercial lifecycle, helping to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and meet key commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing commercial support across multiple façade projects
- Managing and administering contracts effectively
- Supporting project teams to achieve commercial objectives
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to maintain strong cost control and customer focus
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor or specialist subcontractor environment
- Familiarity with JCT and/or NEC forms of contract
- Good understanding of construction law
- Experience in commercial management including procurement, valuations, and cost control
- Knowledge of measurement, subcontractor procurement, certificates, and accruals
- Experience with monthly reporting and earned value analysis
