Personnel Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our clients construction and infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost control, budgeting, and financial planning for projects. Due to continued growth, our client is looking to expand the team.

Hours / Salary: 55k - 65k - doe - open for discussion. Regular reviews 40 hours per week Hybrid working Company car

Duties:

  • Managing project costs and valuations
  • Preparing applications and final accounts
  • Supporting commercial performance across multiple projects
  • Working closely with operational and client teams
  • Helping drive profitability and project success

Experience:

  • QS experience within construction or industrial services
  • Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
  • A proactive and organised approach
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
