Key aspects of the role:
- Using your commercial expertise to your advantage and drive the refurbishment projects for various decarbonisation schemes such as EWI works in Social Housing around the Sheffield to Loughborough area.
- You’ll take ownership of key contracts and become an essential member of the team, for which you will be recognised through training and progression.
- Lead the subcontractors, material procurement and commercial management.
- Use your experience to minimise costs and enhance value for money whilst adhering to legal and quality assurance requirements.
What you’ll need:
- Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent
- Member of RICS
- UK Driving Licence
- Experience in refurbishment, ideally Social Housing.
