Deploy your QS experience on a large multi‑year residential project in Edinburgh. As Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of a substantial civils package within this flagship residential development. You will play a key role in:

  • Managing budgets, forecasts and cost control for groundworks and infrastructure
  • Overseeing subcontractor procurement and contract administration
  • Supporting project delivery teams with commercial insight and risk management
  • Liaising with consultants, engineers and site teams to ensure value and compliance
  • Reporting on financial performance and contributing to strategic planning

What you'll need to succeed:
