Role
- Take full commercial responsibility for a prestigious high‑end refurbishment in Virginia Water valued at £15m.
- Manage structural restoration, bespoke joinery packages and high‑speed finishes.
- Oversee cost planning, procurement, contract administration and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with clients, architects and specialist trades.
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS delivering high‑end residential or heritage refurbishment projects.
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts.
- Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Passion for quality and craftsmanship.
