Looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference within a manufacturing environment? We are working with a brilliant, growing manufacturing business in London that is looking to add a Manufacturing Coordinator to their Quality team following continued success and expansion. This Manufacturing Coordinator position is all about people, problem solving and teamwork. You'll be the link between Production and Quality, helping investigate issues, support non-conformances (NCRs), troubleshoot problems and keep communication flowing across departments.

The Manufacturing Coordinator will be involved in:

  • Investigating manufacturing and production issues
  • Supporting NCR and corrective action processes
  • Working closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams
  • Identifying root causes including supplier, process or human error
  • Encouraging best practice and raising awareness across teams
  • Supporting continuous improvement activities

This Manufacturing Coordinator role would suit someone with experience working in manufacturing who enjoys building relationships, staying organised and helping solve problems. You do not need to come from a strict quality background, transferable skills and the right attitude are far more important.
