Lincoln based secondary schools are looking to recruit qualified Secondary Teachers to enrich the learning and development of their KS3, KS4, and KS5 students.
Responsibilities:
- Capable of creating engaging and innovative lesson plans.
- Demonstrate effective teaching practices.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Plan and assess lessons under guidance of the Head of Department.
- Provide individual plans for Learning Support Assistants to follow when working on a one-to-one basis with SEND students.
