Are you an ECT or experienced secondary teacher seeking a permanent contract from September 2026? Do you set high expectations for your students, supporting them to meet their full potential? Are you a subject specialist who fully engages learners of all levels?

For September 2026, we are looking for qualified teachers specialising in any subject across the secondary curriculum open to permanent roles in London. Salaries will range from M1 to M6 and will be based on experience and London weighting (either Inner London or Outer London). We are particularly interested in speaking to teachers looking to work in London boroughs, north of the Thames.

To be considered for our roles, you will:

  • Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and confident classroom presence
  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Have a degree in your teaching subject or a closely related subject
