As a member of the Quality Assurance team you will:
- Work closely with operations to ensure that all product is produced as per customer specifications.
- Conduct daily production quality checks such as product quality, product weight checks and paperwork checks.
- Make decisions on food quality and monitor production.
This will suit a food manufacturing QC/QA who has good knowledge of HACCP and has the confidence to make decisions on product quality, excellent communication at all levels and able to manage and work effectively within a busy team.
