Project Manager required to work on Airport Projects (Construction). As a Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of fit out projects from concept to completion, making a real impact on delivery and client satisfaction.

Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards. Act as the key client interface, building strong relationships and managing expectations throughout. Develop and manage detailed project programmes using tools like Microsoft Project. Oversee site activity, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Drive high standards in quality control and snagging to ensure smooth handovers. Champion health & safety, ensuring full compliance across all sites. Partner with commercial teams to manage project financials, variations, and contract requirements. Inspire and manage project teams, ensuring clarity, accountability, and high performance.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within fit out or construction
  • Strong track record of delivering projects successfully from start to finish
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident in managing multiple teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Highly organised with strong planning and problem-solving ability
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
  • Solid understanding of health & safety and construction contracts
  • Flexibility to travel nationwide and occasionally work outside standard hours
  • Ability to obtain security clearance where required
