I am recruiting for a Project Manager to join a growing external envelope contractor based in Dartford, delivering projects across England. With a turnover around £40m and multiple recent project wins, they are continuing to expand their delivery team. They deliver multi-million-pound façade and cladding projects across the UK, including high-rise remediation, recladding, and new build envelope packages. Their work spans residential towers, mixed-use schemes, and complex live environments, requiring strong coordination and technical understanding. The business operates across both subcontract and main contractor roles, giving good exposure to a variety of project types within the façade and external envelope sector.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Managing programme, budget, and quality delivery
- Liaising with clients and key stakeholders
- Driving health & safety and ensuring compliance on site
