Your new role:
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of delivering a range of commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover. Working closely with the owner and wider supply chain, you’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the high standards the business is known for.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading day-to-day project delivery across multiple fit-out schemes
- Managing subcontractors, programme, quality and site operations
- Working closely with clients to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Monitoring budgets, forecasting and ensuring commercial awareness on all projects
- Supporting the business owner in developing systems, processes and best practice as the company grows
What you'll need to succeed:
- Strong experience within commercial fit-out – either as a Project Manager or an ambitious Site Manager ready to step up
- Proven ability to manage projects independently and drive quality on site
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusted relationships
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- A desire to progress, take on more responsibility and grow your career alongside the business
