A temporary project manager role for 3-6 months (reviewed thereafter) covering the Midlands for a large FM and maintenance contractor. The role requires passing security vetting and is home-based with daily site visits across various office locations from Watford to Mansfield.
Responsibilities
- Meet with senior management and clients to track delivery timelines and costs.
- Develop detailed project plans to guide clients, staff members and project teams and revise based on changing needs and requirements.
- Identify and assign project tasks based on the skill sets, experience and strengths of staff members and supply chain.
- Monitor project performance to ensure timely delivery.
- Compile and submit project status reports to clients, management and other stakeholders.
- Work effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation.
- Develop excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experienced construction/maintenance project manager with a background in refurbishment and fit‑out schemes (joinery preferred).
- IOSH/Nebosh and SMSTS/SSSTS CDM knowledge.
Employment Terms
Open to PAYE or Umbrella PAYE options (no CIS).
