VIQU is recruiting for a Programme Manager to join a global professional services organisation delivering large-scale technology transformation programmes. This role requires an experienced Programme Manager with a strong background within law firms or professional services environments, capable of driving complex digital and business change initiatives across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale technology transformation programmes end-to-end
  • Manage multiple workstreams across Infrastructure, Cloud, Digital Workplace and Business Applications
  • Own programme governance, reporting, RAID management and delivery standards
  • Manage senior stakeholders across IT and the wider business
  • Coordinate internal technical teams and third-party suppliers
  • Ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives
  • Support change management, communications and adoption activity
  • Drive continuous improvement across programme delivery capability

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Programme Manager within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Proven delivery experience across large-scale technology transformation programmes
  • Strong governance, planning and reporting expertise
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder environments at senior level
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365, Cloud, Infrastructure or Digital Workplace programmes
  • Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
