We require a Programme Manager to work with the Transport Advisor to manage the programme as it develops by:

  • Setting up, developing and overseeing working groups on a range of technical and functional subjects, as well as a Programme Board involving senior leaders.
  • Preparing a programme plan and assisting in the development of the programme.
