Manufacturing Roles Available - Thetford, Norfolk

We are currently recruiting for multiple manufacturing positions based in Thetford, Norfolk. These roles offer competitive pay rates and a variety of shift patterns to suit different availability.

Shift Patterns & Pay Rates

  • Rotational Shifts (Monday to Friday)
    • Week 1: 06:00-14:00
    • Week 2: 14:00-22:00
  • Pay: £13.84 - £13.94 per hour (including shift allowance)
  • Continental Shifts (4‑week rotation)
    • Week 1: Monday‑Tuesday days, Friday‑Sunday nights
    • Week 2: Wednesday‑Thursday days
    • Week 3: Monday‑Tuesday nights, Friday‑Sunday days
    • Week 4: Wednesday‑Thursday nights
  • Pay: £15.33 - £16.34 per hour (including shift allowance)

Experience Required (desirable but not essential)

  • Production / Manufacturing background
  • Machine Setting / Machine Operating
  • Forklift Truck driving (licence preferred)
  • Material handling / stock movement
