Pay: £12.71ph, increased to £13.45ph after full company training.
Working pattern: 4‑day working week, Monday to Thursday 07:30 – 17:30. Overtime available. Immediate start available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities- Assemble precision components and medical devices within a cleanroom environment.
- Follow strict manufacturing procedures, GMP standards and quality requirements.
- Meet production targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Ensure all work meets quality and compliance requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support production goals.
- Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided).
- Excellent attention to detail, dexterity and patience.
- Ability to work at pace and meet tight deadlines.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Reliable with strong time‑keeping and work ethic.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Positive, hardworking attitude and willingness to learn.
- 4‑day working week (Monday to Thursday, Friday off).

- Weekly pay every Friday or monthly last Friday of the month.
