Gap Personnel is recruiting Food Production Operatives for a busy and growing factory in Chessington. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious, career-driven individuals looking to progress quickly through dedicated training and development. If you bring energy, initiative, and a proactive attitude to work and the role, you could progress in as little as 4 weeks to Level 2 role & pay and significantly increase your earnings through our structured development pathway with potential future opportunities into leadership and management roles.

Pay & Progression

  • Starting Pay: £13.10ph, Level 2 £14.10 Night: £14.36ph
  • Fast-Track Progression Opportunities
  • Level 2: £14.10ph days / £15.36ph nights
  • Level 3: £15.34ph days / £16.60ph nights

All training is provided; we are looking for people who genuinely want to learn, develop, and build a long-term career.

Shift Pattern

  • 7:00am - 7:00pm
  • 4 on / 4 off

Duties Include

  • Preparing and operating production machinery
  • Packing and labelling products accurately
  • Feeding materials into machines
  • Preparing finished products for dispatch
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
  • Supporting smooth production line operations

Requirements

  • Previous factory or production experience preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable and able to commute to site
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Team player with a proactive mindset
  • No shellfish allergies

Location & Travel

  • Excellent bus routes from Kingston, Surbiton & Tolworth
  • Bus stop just 1 minute from site
  • Minutes from London Waterloo to Tolworth or Chessington North
