Pay: £12.74 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday (rotating shifts) 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, sometimes 8am - 5pm

About the Job

We are looking for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team in Rochdale. This is a practical, hands-on role helping to make and prepare products. Full training can be provided. You’ll be working in a clean and organised factory with the chance to get a permanent job.

Main Duties

  • Assembling and bonding parts together
  • Preparing materials by sanding and finishing products
  • Checking products for quality
  • Helping the production team meet daily targets
  • Keeping the work area clean and safe
  • Following health & safety rules

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or similar work is helpful
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
  • Able to work alone and as part of a team
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts
