We are recruiting experienced and motivated Production Line Leaders to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will manage production lines and teams to achieve targets while ensuring quality, safety, and hygiene standards are met. The role also includes key administrative duties such as maintaining records, updating systems, and supporting reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve production targets
  • Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards
  • Maximise line efficiency and minimise waste
  • Manage staff, including agency workers
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, GMP, and hygiene standards
  • Complete documentation and maintain accurate system records
  • Track performance and support KPI reporting
  • Support training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
