Found Industrial are currently recruiting for Production Assistants to join our client based in Redhill. This is a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment, offering full training and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
The Role
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position working on a rotating shift pattern (05:30 and 12:00, alternating weekly). You’ll be working as part of a team on the factory floor, following instructions from supervisors and contributing to daily production targets. The role involves a mix of hands-on tasks including operating basic machinery (full training provided), using small hand tools and carrying out quality checks. It’s a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is important and you’ll be expected to maintain high standards of health and safety at all times. Some manual handling and heavy lifting will be required as part of the role.
