Key Responsibilities

  • Convert client-approved designs into detailed production instructions using SAGE 50 software
  • Produce component pick lists to support manufacturing operations
  • Monitor and manage stock inventory levels to maintain production flow
  • Liaise with suppliers, the supply chain, and the in-house procurement lead regarding component availability
  • Create and issue works orders and manufacturing instructions
  • Plan and schedule manufacturing activities to meet client deadlines and requirements
  • Produce customer invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate and organise outbound logistics and shipment movements
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure diligent data input across established systems
  • Work independently while contributing to wider team objectives and operational goals
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and partners
  • Collaborate with the Operations Director and senior leadership team on day-to-day operational activities
  • Support continuous improvement and contribute positively to the growth of the business
  • Participate in product training and ongoing development opportunities to enhance role contribution
