We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to support complex transformation programmes across IT, M&A, separation, and divestment activities. This is an inside IR35 contract role. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused procurement professional with strong stakeholder management skills and experience operating within fast-paced, changing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement activities across IT and business transformation programmes
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, separations, and divestments from a procurement perspective
  • Manage supplier negotiations, contract reviews, and sourcing activities
  • Coordinate Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) and supplier exit plans
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining operational continuity
  • Work closely with legal, finance, IT, and programme teams to manage procurement risks and dependencies
  • Build and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships

Requirements

  • Proven experience in procurement and strategic sourcing
  • Strong background in IT procurement
  • Experience supporting M&A transactions, separations, carve-outs, or divestments
  • Excellent contract negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex programme environments

Desirable

  • Experience within large corporate or consulting environments
  • Knowledge of procurement transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with TSA management and transitional operating models
