6 Month Temporary Assignment

North Nottinghamshire (Commutable from Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Rainworth, Annesley and Hucknall)

£32,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

Temporary - 6 Months

SF Partners are currently partnering with a well established client in North Nottinghamshire to recruit an experienced Procurement professional for an initial 6 month temporary assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is immediately available and enjoys working in a fast paced procurement environment, supporting day to day purchasing activity and supplier management projects.

The successful candidate will support the wider procurement function with a range of operational and administrative procurement duties, including:

  • Raising and processing purchase orders
  • Supporting supplier onboarding activity
  • Assisting with a supplier rationalisation project
  • Managing procurement administration and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring procurement processes and compliance procedures are followed

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience within procurement, purchasing, or supply chain administration
  • Is confident raising POs and managing supplier communications
  • Has strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Is comfortable working across multiple tasks and priorities
  • Can start immediately or at short notice
  • Has good systems knowledge, including Excel and ERP systems
