An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated and personable Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a busy and growing team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years post‑qualification experience who is confident managing their own caseload and delivering high‑quality client service.
The Role
- Handle a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
- Drafting and advising on wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney
- Managing estate administration from instruction through to completion, including probate applications
- Advising clients on inheritance tax and estate planning
- Dealing with Court of Protection matters and trust registration requirements
You will play a key role in maintaining excellent client relationships, providing clear, sensitive, and practical advice tailored to individual needs.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive – minimum of 2 years experience
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well‑organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Experience with LEAP legal software is advantageous
Additional Requirements
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (home visits required)
