Working Pattern: Full Time Shift Patterns: 2 Days 6am - 6pm, 2 Nights 6pm - 6am 4 on 4 off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate, set, adjust, and maintain production machinery to produce high-quality printed cans in line with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and uphold health and safety standards.
  • Manage the supply of raw materials while inspecting them for defects or inconsistencies.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, actively supporting efforts to reduce downtime across production lines.
  • Utilise line downtime effectively by assisting in problem areas, providing cross-line support, and addressing issues to minimise line build-ups.
What You Bring
  • Level 3 City & Guilds/Apprenticeship, or equivalent, in Offset Printing.
  • Desirable Printing or decorating experience is a plus!
  • Background in an engineering or manufacturing environment is beneficial.
  • A steadfast commitment to health and safety practices.
  • A positive, 'can-do' attitude and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement.
