Building on solid foundations, you will lead the culture, ethos and strategic direction of the college, working closely with the local Board and NCG's Executive Team.

You will champion aspiration and inclusivity, ensure consistently high standards of teaching and learning, drive innovation in the curriculum, and ensure an excellent student experience for every learner. Alongside leading Southwark College, you will take on an NCG-wide leadership portfolio.

We are seeking a visible, inspirational leader with a proven track record of strategic leadership within Further Education. You will bring the ability to motivate and empower talented staff, alongside strong ambassadorial skills to build and sustain relationships with key external partners. We will welcome an individual with a collaborative, inclusive leadership style and a forward-thinking, solutions-focused mindset.
