We are seeking experienced Senior and Principal Electrical Engineers to support a growing pipeline of projects within the Defence sector. This is a long‐term contract opportunity offering exposure to complex, high‐value projects within a well‐established multi‐disciplinary consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver electrical building services design and consultancy under the direction of the Project Lead
- Produce high‐quality design deliverables including drawings, specifications, and reports
- Undertake site surveys and support construction‐stage activities
- Carry out design checks and calculations to ensure compliance with relevant standards and client requirements
- Collaborate with multi‐disciplinary teams to develop efficient, safe, and buildable solutions
- Support tender documentation, fee estimates, scopes of work, and change control processes
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder engagement throughout project delivery
- Ensure awareness and application of CDM regulations
- Ideally Chartered Engineer (CEng) or working towards (CIBSE or IET)
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong background in electrical building services design
- Proven experience in technical detailing and specification writing
- Working knowledge of:
- BIM Level 2
- Navisworks, AutoCAD, NBS
- Amtech / Trimble (or Electrical OM exposure desirable)
