Do you have experience supporting children with challenging behaviour in a primary setting? Are you confident working with pupils with ADHD and additional SEND needs? Do you have the resilience and patience to support pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis?

The school is looking to take on a Teaching Assistant on a temporary basis with an immediate start. The successful Teaching Assistant will be supporting primary aged pupils with challenging behaviour and ADHD, working closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored support and maintain a positive learning environment.

Key Requirements
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working with primary aged children.
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND, particularly ADHD.
  • Strong behaviour management skills.
  • A patient and resilient approach.
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
